Our journey began in 2008, Devmani Traders Private Limited was incorporated as an associate company, growing through every market cycle with the same disciplined, client-first approach. In 2023, the group completed a strategic transition, making Devmani Traders its sole client-focused identity dedicated to helping investors build long-term wealth through mutual funds and allied financial products. Today, as an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor & SIF Distributor | ARN- 289110 | Current validity: 03.03.2027 and an Authorised Person of Kotak Securities Limited, operating from Horniman Circle, Fort, Mumbai, we bring over 18+ years of market experience to every client relationship. Our philosophy is simple: provide honest advice, explain every recommendation clearly, review portfolios regularly, and help investors plan, invest, and stay invested with confidence for the long term.

Devmani Traders Pvt. Ltd. begins as an associate of Vibrant Securities, a small operation working quietly alongside the main business, through the global financial crisis and the market cycles that followed.
The transition to Devmani
The group completes a deliberate transition: Vibrant is wound down, and Devmani Traders continues as the sole, fully client-focused firm, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and Authorised Person of Kotak Securities.
The digital chapter
